Brenda Gillaspey, AHT


Brenda received her A.A.S. degree in Animal Health Technology from the University of Minnesota-Waseca. She has been with RVVS since 1990, when the building was still under construction. Brenda is married to Mark, they have two grown children, Jessica and Zachary.  Ayka is the German Wirehair Pointer that completes their family. Brenda enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking and doing some scrap booking.

Terri Fuchs, AHT

Terri earned an A.A.S. degree in Animal Health Technology from the University of Minnesota - Waseca in 1983. She has worked at River Valley Veterinary Service since 1994. Terri really enjoys working with animals and their owners as well as keeping up with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine. Terri and her husband Walt have a daughter, Megan, and her husband Mike live in Alaska. Their dog, Willow, is a black Labrador who loves to hunt, play Chuck-It and go for endless walks in the park. Terri and her family enjoy spending time at their cabin in Wisconsin, kayaking and traveling.

Tiana Peterson, VA

Hi! My name is Tiana. I have been at River Valley Veterinary Service since 1995 starting as a Kennel Attendant and now I am a full time Veterinary Assistant. I also have a passion for dog obedience and have become a Certified Obedience Instructor, which I really enjoy. I am enrolled at Argosy University and am working on my degree to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. I have a German Shephed named Saul and an Australian Shepherd name Mara. I am very interested in fish and aquarium maintenance and have two aquariums at home. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, scuba diving, fishing and other outdoor activities including training my dogs in obedience and agility.

Nancy Schrupp, CVT  

Nancy is a Certified Veterinary Technician, she gradutated in 1998. She joined the River Valley Veterinary Service team in January, 2004. Nancy and her husband Andy and live in Apple Valley with their three cats, one dog, and every now and then, a pet rat. She spends her free time with family, friends, and her pets. She enjoys reading, walking, camping, motorcycle rides, and crafts.

Haley Wade-Stratton

Hello! My name is Haley.  I moved to Minnesota from Denton, Texas in 2008. I have worked as a Veterinary Assistant since 2002 and will earn my AAS Degree in Veterinary Technology in the summer of 2012. I currently live in New Prague, but will be moving to Mankato this summer. I have two rats, a Dumbo Rat and a Curly Haired Rex Rat, plus a Himalayan mix that I adopted from Argosy University named Esme. I am also hoping for a new dog this summer.  I have two horses that live with my mom back in Texas. I barrel raced in high school and would love to get into that again once I am out of school! I enjoy fishing (especially ice fishing), camping, running 5k's and 10k's, dancing, hiking and most anything else that involves the outdoors!
