Small Animal

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept checks, cash, VISA/Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit. Care Credit is a program that can help you manage your veterinary bills, oftentimes with little or no interest. Visit their website at www.carecredit.com for an easy application or ask one of our receptionists to help you apply. Applications are usually approved in a matter of minutes and you begin using your line of credit the same day.  At RVVS, Care Credit is an option for those clients with a minimum balance due of $500.00

 

Equine

When we visit your horse for the first time, we will send you an invoice within 48 hours. Included with the invoice will be our packet of New Client Equine Forms. We require that these forms be completely filled out and returned to us within 10 days to open an account at RVVS. We require a credit card number to be on file. You can choose to have your charges automatically charged to your credit card or not. Statements are mailed monthly on or around the 25th. If you have chosen the automatic credit card option, you will receive a receipt with your statement showing that your account has been charged to your credit card and paid in full. Occasionally we are asked to allow payment plans. Please call our Practice Manager, Kathy Hennen if you find yourself in this situation.
