River Valley Veterinary Service was established in 1983 by Dr. Cynthia Sellin and Dr. Bruce Viren. The beginning years were dedicated to equine ambulatory service focusing on client education and the maintenance of healthy horses.
In 1989 the decision was made to build a clinic in Prior Lake and offer a combined small animal and equine practice. Since June of 1990, River Valley Veterinary Service has been a full-service care facility for small animals, while maintaining our long-standing equine ambulatory service
In January of 2003, Dr. Laurie Miller became a partner in our practice. From our clinic's beginning almost 25 years ago, River Valley Veterinary has continually endeavored to set the standard of superior veterinary care in the Prior Lake, MN area. In addition, we offer obedience classes, grooming and pet supplies.
